For some reason either, everyone playing in a site should be treated as equal no matter how high his account rank in bitcointalk. Everyone playing on the cryptopoker is indeed the same , as a "player" and treated as equal since they have no VIP program there and these issue raised by these "new" account should raise awareness if OP/admins were to resolved it or not

The last issue from babyxxbaby seems to be a fault from babyxxbaby end, but I do think the OP should give more proper explanation to his customer rather than leaving it open here after giving explanation since you can see that babyxxbaby is still not satisfied/understand with the explanation and keep on bashing in here
