Any indication about the time POW starts? I wouldn't mind mining a little bit again ;-)

PoW mining will start once IBC get sold out or when IBC reach hits the scheduled end time on 4th May 2015.

IBC duration is specified on the OP IBC section paragraph.

In the event of earlier sold out of Initial Boost Crowdfunding we will launch after 24 hours from that moment.

What will hapen with the coins that are not sold during the ico?

In the event of remaining unsold coins C-cex staff will manage to burn them and make unusable. This is both a good solution for investors and miners.
We hope however to reach the max amount of coins sold to be able bring development on in an intensive path.
