When a dice or all-in poker bet is settled but there is still the "open for additional betting" info below, does that mean you can make another bet with the same parameters and the result will be randomly determined again?

For sports betting I wonder how the odds are set, is DirectBet just setting them like any sportsbook? I had the idea to make a similar betting process of sending bitcoin to an address as the bet but in my idea it was a totalizer/pari-mutuel so the winners would be paid out with the losers bitcoins meaning the odds are determined purlley by the amount of bets on both sides,  I explain it more here.

I checked a bunch of MLB money lines today for games starting within an hour and the odds at directBet were atrocious, easily the worst of any bitcoin sportsbook on our MLB Odds Comparison Table. Meanwhile its exactly the opposite for the odds on Manny Pacquiao, DirectsBet's are the best in bitcoinland. Perhaps this is because they are taking a lot of bets on Mayweather so are looking to reduce their risk by attracting bets on Manny, which is a very old school way for a sportsbook to operate...anyway interesting site.
