First off, SwC will continue as is.

I am going to step back for an undetermined amount of time and deal with this legal matter.  The personal safety of myself and my family is first and foremost to me.  This is a very serious matter.  I'll update you when I can.

you will be left in good hands with ST7.  I have all trust in them.  

Technologically I expect the project to continue forward on the path described.  As always, all funds secure.
