Did anyone stop to think that marketing a cannabis product as "canndy" could be a bad idea? I can see the headlines now "Arizona dispensaries marketing cannabis products as candy, an attraction to children". Isn't there regulations surrounding the labeling and naming of products as to not entice children? I suggest revisiting a new name for the product, just my opinion of course
Given the restrictions on underage persons gaining access to dispensaries and the imaginative nomenclature of cannabis strains in general, I don't see the name being an issue. The fact that it is medical marijuana probably marks the distinction where for and against camps are concerned, don't you think?
