It seems like you need to put on some limitation to the twitter account for the X number of followers since this can be easily abused and do some checking for the follower, since it might be control by 1 people. it seems interesting campaign with 0.05 btc lottery, so count me in for that you will get that 100 followers,
i think restrcit for newbie to enter in that competition so someone can easily cheat you by creating new account.
