So why is almost everything on that web page staking at 350?  I thought they were all supposed to change to 100% back on Apr 20th?

The identifiers are static as 350,100,20,10 the new stake rates are independent of the identifiers.

So, they're presenting the identifier in the stake rate column instead of the stake rate?
