So you want to tell me if your coins is on Bittrex it is not part of the swap, if this is correct this is fraud.
Bittrex DELISTED BT, so tell me how can you do a swap of a coin that even isn't listed anymore....
The swap has been CLEARLY communicated, so if not on C-CEX then you basically lose all your coins and will not receive BTX coins. Communication has been clear from the start.

THE CURRENCY IS DE-LISTED BUT THE WALLET IS AVAILABLE FOR WITHDRAW. JUST LOOK FOR IT IN YOUR BALANCES.
THIS MEANS YOU CAN WITHDRAW FROM BITTREX TO C-CEX. THERE IS JUST NO TRADING MARKET.
