If I am reading it correctly then he is selling his verified skrill account for 1BTC, not looking to buy BTC with skrill balance

So you mean skrill account worth $240?

If he is selling verified account, i would advise buyer to be careful, since its possible that account is hacked.
Otherwise, if this is an exchange offer, move the thread as previously stated. (But still there will hardly be takers, since skrill is both reversible, and doesnt allow currency exchange)
