Not normal and you are the only one reporting here that you hasnt got your withdrawal so I suppose that there is nothing wrong with the hot wallet. Withdrawal is usually instant and soon after processed you can see that there is TX ID showing on the screen in green colour. Did you got your TX ID after you click on the withdraw button?



see 0.43btc pending? and since it was pending i tried to withdraw a low value and it worked.

If someone from primedice could explain what happened would be thankfull, because my 0.43 are gone from my account, they are somewhere, thanks in advance.

Have you asked someone on the chat to confirm that if there is someone else having trouble withdrawing from the site? If there is any then expect it to be the hot wallet to be low in amount and if there isnt any , then Probably your account got flagged for fraudulent activity. Contact Stunna for clarification
