Odds are against it because he has Stuart Fraser and Cantor Fitzgerald with a vested interest in keeping his ass out of jail. The only reason Silk Road suspects saw jail time was because there were drugs involved and they weren't backed by the Cantor Fitzgerald lobbyist types.
