Can someone tell me since when 20BTC max profit was changed to 20BTC max payout on PD?

This fucked me up real good today, I was -8BTC tried to do 21BTC bet on 1.5X to recover from this loss and system kept giving me red error that max payout is 20BTC. I had to bet less and I won this bet.
