See my posts above. The old owner, lied, lied to make excuses to not pay roulette winnings then quit the site after his bullshit lies were caught. A new investor came and reopened the site. Phil is back now, as a player it seems, but IMO he should be banned as he is a lying crook.
As for you not getting withdraws, phil probably took the site's BR when he left, even people's deposits.

Who in their right mind would buy a site that has this sites history.. Lol. A crazy maan even if he does the best promotions known to crypto will be very hard to rebuild won't it..

Phil had access to paycoinpoker.com and pulled that off after I leaked the roulette logs proving he lied and bullshitted to make it seem like roulette was broken.  Then weenfen, the DEV and only honest person there, said another investor stepped up to pay the server bills.

 IMO Phil_Crook did too much damage to the site.
