Give the listing agent, Mr. Sponzo a call. I bet he has some tidbits about the last tenant that has a history of shafting people on rentals. Gauging by the listing picture it looks like GAW vacated before the trees started to bud, so maybe end of March at the latest? Looks more like end of February or beginning of March, really.
