Requirement:
1) You should not change your gmail password at any time within that month
2) Your account should not be used in any paid/trial google services like cloud, developers etc
3) Account must be at least 3 month old
Just like that ? if so, why don't you create it ? Why you must spend $5 for that ? I think it is too simply for you to do
