...that particular question i don't have a answer, but my max stake is ~2,5 coins. And my wallet is open 24/7 (except for maintenance).
People in this thread has said that their have ~10 coins from stake, but this is a rare.
And if you want to move small/large amount of coins, you can choose to pay transaction fee as much as you want (to not have problems in their way).
