Get in debug window/console in your Graph qt-wallet from Help menu.
Type 'repairwallet' and restart wallet. You should be ok.
Im having the same issue on a transfer.. Repair wallet seems to acknowledge the transfer and issue, but when restarting wallet still not sending.
