Im confused, why no matter if win or lose if profit needed .036? If i lose how am i in profit?
I think the lvl doesn't progress with the amount you wagered but with the possible profit of each bet you made.
This prevents people from just betting on 98% chance to increase their lvl.
But I might be wrong ...
