The exact requirement for Director status is based on a percent holdings of TRON. Director
status will require holding 6,720​ TRON coins (approximately 0.42% ​of total supply) in a wallet
address, or any addresses staking or running a “masternode.” Exchange accounts will also be
considered. Only proven TRON holders will have access to the Director section.
