Ideally once a payment is deposited to an address it should get forwarded to another and expected to show up within 3 confirmations. Can you please post/PM your Tx ID ?

Yes I identified your deposit yesterday and sent 0.0005 BTC from our end to check what is happening. The problem is that, like many other application, I am also using blockchain.info API to create this intermediary address on which I have no control. Since yesterday blockchain.info API is having a huge backlog in forwarding funds. I created a ticket with their support and this is what they said...
