So you're going to implement masternodes on day one when no one has any coins and you have no community to get the masternodes? How about instead of that you wait a month to let people see your business model so they can make an informed investment choice?
 
PoS is in the coin now, it just kicks up harder after the PoW ends as part of the distro model.

As for stealth addresses, sure, those can be in day one, but its not a big deal, they aren't exactly needed to kick the coin out the door and start the process of getting a community, which is the most vital thing to the coin, and providing your proof of concept.
