tha admin is not a scammer though. he has given away tons of btc in multiple giveaways. started a small sig campaign to try to help the site out, and in the end made a few wrong turns, but this time he is 100% in the right.

its his fault, he didnt check the IP's before crediting the free coins in the giveaway. if he checked that he could prevent what has happened. thats very unproffesional act for an admin of a site
