Your collateral is good enough to cover the loan but the reason of the loan is "fun" which makes me really suspicious that this loan is for gambling. So, either you clearly state the correct reason for this loan or just convert your LTC to BTC and then gamble (if it is for gambling).
I would not even start playing dice with 0.1, waste of time. When I play dice my start bet is normally around 0.1.
The original reason for the loan was to be the first. but I would have settled to be first on payback.
