Mixers are really dangerous...and I think that their anonimity is well defended, as they could face anew accusation of money laundry at any time...
Thx for your reply. I get your point, and you are probably right. However doing nothing will not get me anything. Also if the site does not repay any coins, but only keep them, you cannot accuse them of laundering anything 
Wouldn't they be laundering the bitcoins they stole from you if it's sent through the mixer?
