I've invested BTC 0.2 and just finished 6 hours ago and the status is 'paid'. But until know I haven't receive any payment yet from my investment to my bitcoin wallet address.

Payments bigger than 0.1 BTC need manual confirmation for security reasons, also sometimes hot wallet must be filled. From FAQ:
"If your payout is a large amount or hot wallet is empty, then it may need manual confirmation"
From Terms & Conditions:
"The payout usually takes around 10 minutes. In some cases the payout could be delayed up to 12 hours, because we need to refill the hot wallet of the cryptocurrency."
