Do you know what "worst" means ? If so, then why was when the price was above 1k a better time to buy ?
Above 1 k was THE worst time to buy, obviously.

There is always a good time to buy bitcoin. Price doesn't matter
When in few years price will go sky high people will tell that buying @1k was a pleasure
