Notice that the God of the Bible only destroys those who are against Him.
A god that rules by anger and fear, is not worthy of my worship.
He must fear me, because I'm still here, not destroyed.
God rules in love. sometimes the love expresses itself by showing anger. After all, we children are all going to die. God lives forever. It doesn't do anything to Him when we die. However, His love causes Him to discipline with the appearance of anger which makes us fear, so that we get serious about our impending doom, and do the things that allow us to be saved >>> believe in the salvation of Jesus, God's Son.
