I cant send coins without synchro old wallet , i have unconfirmed coins with old wallet, becouse i delete old blockchain. 
Then I can't really help you, I deleted all old wallet records
It`s OK now. One man save my ass.
I sended info about my new address and etc.
Why I need to run my old wallet 24 hours?
