Development Update:
Thank you all for waiting, the new roadmap is ready. The old roadmap had to be removed, as it made our coin look like it was designed for the 'sole purpose' of gambling, and that made us not eligible to be listed on Bittrex. This shouldn't be an issue, as the technology presented would have been enough to overcome this hurtle, but everyone wanted Bittrex so we contacted them directly.
This doesn't mean we will not work on the original plan to do Graph Nodes, they just cannot be the sole purpose of the project. We will fulfill this roadmap first, and move that work to August/September. These items had been planned originally for after the Graph Nodes, so we will focus on these now instead.
You will see we are planning to release an arbitrage bot built into the online wallet. This will allow our investors to seek out profit by authorizing trades between supported exchanges. The online wallet will require a certain amount of Graph Coins be deposited, and will burn some based on the amount of BTC profit generated. This percentage will be 19% of the BTC value in Graph Coins to be burned. We realize that this will ultimately reduce the amount of total Graph Coins in circulation, which would be a race to the bottom if new coins are not created. This will stimulate the GraphCoin economy, by forcing individuals that profit from our arbitrage software to purchase more GraphCoins. We will release a flowchart for this functionality tomorrow.
To solve this issue, we will be implementing an Auxiliary Proof-of-Stake system. This means that GraphCoin holders can increase the overall Proof-of-Stake rewards past the 8% originally planned, up to 24%, by proving they own coins that belong to OTHER PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS. As of right now, this list will consist only of: ShadowCash, Crave, Blackcoin, and Dogecoin. This should ultimately reward individuals that hold those coins, and put upwards pressure on their markets, in order to stake more GraphCoins. In turn, this should create more arbitrage opportunities for the Online wallet as we stimulate their market. We will release a flowchart for this functionality also.
In time, we will consider adding more coins to this exclusive list.
