We do not have a detailed description, apart from the "how to section" after clicking the vote button.
This is something we will look into adding as it makes sense that we should have it.

With that said what we have there is the vote section of Tittie-Tube where users can vote to get their favorite images in the top 10.
Tittie Tube itself will be a video sharing system much like youtube but with everything from paid advert placements to revenue sharing paid in TTC.
