Forgive my ignorance, but is there a minimum number of posts before one can vote in a poll?
There isn't any option to put a limit for members to vote when I create the poll post, but I guess the forum has the default limitation, likely - Sr. member.
No, it's just Member. Sr. Member would be quite a high exigence.
