We're working on a coin automation system now where coins will be added and dropped to GryfX on the fly -with their volume increases & decreases.  If a coin you have an option pending on gets delisted your option will still be seen through, you'll just no longer be able to speculate on that coin for that time.  If a coin is delisted from Bittrex then the contracts outstanding are refunded plus a % to the users.
