This is a new dev team, so it's a different distribution model. We could potentially do a community giveaway in the future (signature campaign, etc.), but for now the voting looks like it is placing us to launch with a PoW token when the countdown timer concludes (In approximately two weeks and one day.)

PoW token won't have premine?
And what algo will it be? and how many blocks PoW?

No premine, plus, after reading up on some of the FinCEN regulations, we can not continue to run the ICO without posing a risk to the project and it's future. The ICO will conclude today in a few hours. I recommend all ICO's do the same. Any xRadon bought on MasterXChange will be exchanged at the rates of the ICO. The PoW token and new ANN will be launched at the conclusion of the countdown timer. I will be placing the timer on the OP shortly so more people can see it.
