I submitted a withdrawal on 5/08/2015 for .1 BTC (1000 tetracoins) then another withdrawal request for .1447 BTC on 05/09/2015. Despite the fact that they splash instant withdrawal all over their site I still have not received the withdrawals and state "wait for approval" status. I have sent at least 4 emails and no replies yet.
Anyone knowing what is going on with this site?
