I need advice please.

I reinvest hashrates mined on a daily basis. I do not like the auto invest as I like to physically see how much I made for the day before I reinvest.

On Sunday a payout was made on my account:

I do not know where the payout was made to! I checked my wallet, but it is not there.

I logged 2x support tickets on cloudminr.io but they do not appear under SUPPORT MESSAGES. I sent an email to Tom and Adrian but no one responds.

Questions:
1. Cloudminr.io, when you see my message, please let me know where my payment was sent to.
2. Can anyone explain to me where I can specify my wallet address on cloudminr.io?

I had the same issue as casper001 with a payment that went out but don't know where!
I also wrote a support message to cloudminr.io, but got no response from them yet!
