I believe OP is referring to exchange (or rather giving away) of goods and services with the intention to bump up own trust.
If it was to judge by your recent threads in games and rounds section, i believe that is what your intentions are.

True. I left a feedback(actually two) and he is asking about it. I think it is fine. Anyway, I will change it to neutral if I see he isn't doing anything shady.
