I made a few updates based on feedback.

• Removed the staged payment option(for now). It was not getting enough use to require staging payments. Even at 5 staged payments it was not filling up before the cronjobs auto send.
• Increased payouts to between 0.05-0.25 per hour. We will keep adjusting payout rates based on use.
• Added a banner. The page was looking kind of bare without one.
