Now, about the code. Does anyone know if there a reason why BW won't implement the fix in git? If not, I think forking it & applying the fix is the best option, as PatMan suggested, as it has been too long a delay already & is only putting people off the coin.

I have no clue tbh, I happened upon his thread where he was selling a "bitcoin stealer" and offering to sell emails for scam sites. He decided to be cute and post that I purchased said software to my trust profile. Unfortunately for him, a quick
whois reveals he uses the same hosting as a hackerspace where I am a member. Presented this info to their support team, which resulted in him having no home for his scummy software tonight.
