I wonder how the FTC will make use of them in the case.
Hopefully by driving to court on the day of the trial in a steamroller.I have an overwhelming premonition that many BFL datastores are going to vanish mysteriously before then ... kinda like how the forum vanished. I bet BFL is quietly squirming to hide.
