The 10% commission is taken from the Total Returned and it can easily be verified by any player who has an account the site. When logged in, if you click on the bet ID, it'll show you the bet details. That clearly mentions that the To be Returned amount is not what gets added to the user's account. 10% gets deducted from it and and then it gets added.
