I've not been sitting on IRC to get a priority payment, but have other people got partial payment?

It wasn't even a lot owed, only over 0.2, and I got a payment over 0.05 against it. Not sure if was a full back payment of a certain difficulty or what happened. Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
