The terms is based on the player, so when there bonuses are applied, it would depend on their "level" as to the actual playthrough for each bonus. When you apply a bonus to your account (or an auto bonus -- deposit bonus --) it tells you what the playthrough is, and you can also choose to cancel bonuses, so that the playthrough requirements do not apply.
