Hello everybody! Today we are opening trading of the Asset Backed Coins ABC.

Assets symbol: ABC (Asset Backed Coin endorsement currency assets)
Total Circulation: 1,000,000,000 shares
Transaction price: the market price
The corresponding assets: all related assets to Yuanbao network and Taiyi system
Transfer fee: each transaction charge only 0.0001 ABC for all the assets on the blockchain
Trading opening time: at 19 o'clock on May 20, 2015 (Beijing time)
Trading Limits: 24-hour trading

Price limit: since at the beginning the circulation of ABC is small, in order to prevent swift rises and falls, platform limit per 24 hours does not exceed 10% of price, the initial reference price of 0.01 yuan/ABC.
Release and distribution
A): 50%: 500 million shares are held by the development and operation teams;
B): 30%: 300 million shares are reserved for the strategic investors in order to stay market-ready, and for an important strategic mergers and acquisitions;
C): 15%: 150 million shares are reserved for YBCoin exchange and integration of other Yuanbao virtual assets;
D): 5%: 50 million shares are reserved for distributing gifts, marketing and public relations activities.

A) and B) part of Taiyi shares are not going to enter the circulation of the market until the company is publicly listed on Stock Exchange.
C) The exchange of YBCoin and other Yuanbao assets will be carried out one month after the official trading of ABC start, exchange price and lock-up period will be based on the Taiyi market price, trading volume and other factors.
Converting is voluntary, the user can choose to hold ABC or YBCoin, this will not affect the independence of YBCoin as a digital currency.
