The problem is that every site (bashing dadice here) took its time to issue cold storage, and I know this for a fact starting from PRC

Not true. Just-Dice had proof-of-solvency since launch.
It's not about being threatened, it's about warning the community of a likely scam.
If the site is solvent then there is a simple solution to this ... demonstrate it!
