I have been playing on this site for 9 months and whilst the general sensation is a happy one, I like to inform you the prize reward system is a nightmare.  I was made VIP fairly quickly after I joined, Andrea my host told me I  could pick a gift of my choice and she would set a target for me to wager in order to receive this.  I decided I wanted a new Iphone 6 and a target of 700 BTC (wagered) was set.  It took me a few months, but I hit target and informed Andrea to send me the phone.  This went all smoothly!

I carried on playing, as I trusted the site more and more over time my bets increased.  It was not long that I had accumulated a further 2500 BTC (wagered).  Thinking I had enough for another Phone (for family), I contacted Andrea and asked for another phone to be sent.  To my surprise, she replied that I needed 3000 BTC and that my current balance was not enough.  I later received a disturbing email saying that whilst I have been playing on roulette, a mistake on their system resulted in over paying me and that my points would be wiped to balance the mistake and that a new phone would now have a target of 5000 BTC.  I obviously complained to Andrea and she kindly addressed this with her managers and won the decision to send the second phone.

So a fairy tale ending, but the drama was not needed...your casino is one of the best experience I have even had with the VIP service exceeding the likes of BetVictor and William Hill, but your targets for prizes is seriously ridicules.  Your promotions team need a dose of reality if they expect someone to wager 5000 BTC (£750,000) in order to receive a £650 phone.  

With these high targets I am in two minds to carry on playing at BitCasino.  Regardless if I stay or move on...my VIP hostess Andrea - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
