I've tried to send to an external address but i'm getting this error

I've also inserted the pub key of the external address but I still can't send any message
Ok I have probably found the "issue"...
To send a message to an external address, first I need to receive a tx from that address
And now it works
Yes, you need to receive a tx to start an anon chat with the proper public key
