Wondering the same, I got 30 points welcome bonus and it says that tickets can be bought using those but when I get to the raffle page

Points are for Point raffle only. You can win USD $10 from Point Raffle.
For crypto raffles such as Litecoin, you need USD or LTC to buy ticket.
