i don´t think that they are scammers - they will pay out all funds 
I´d rather guess that they haven´t met their expectations (not enough turnover, no income due to commission-free sportsbets) and
therefore aren´t coming back as fast as announced.

However I wouldn´t be surprised if they will come back and prove all of you wrong.
