Venus and Mercury lined up together couldn't affect the earth's oceans in any significant way.
There is a chance you could be hit by a meteor you know - it could be a good idea to wear a helmet all the time, just in case.
Wearing a helmet won't save you from meteor, if it reaches you it will kill you but not staying around Sant Andreas fault line at mentioned date might actualy save your life. As for the planets, you are definitely clueless and underestimate their effect on everything.
While the moon might be close enough to earth for its gravity to affect the oceans, the other planets are not close enough IMO.
