Now that neteller accepts deposits with bitcoin, he can use any site that accepts neteller. Not as good as using bitcoin directly but it's better than nothing. I recommend this and betfair. You can bet for and against results there which is very useful. Especially if you have bonuses you want to withdraw in other sites with the same bets.
The problem with neteller is that you can convert your bitcoins into Neteller credit but not the other way round. I would suggest sticking to Directbet
This is the reason why I don't use it, I have seen a few people recommending betfair but it's a shame that they don't accept Bitcoins directly.
For now OP Directbet does seem to be the best option. Unless you have a neteller account.
